Ingredients
1 piece frozen turkey breast
1 stick 1/2 cup of butter
Preparation
Thaw breast just until it is soft enough to remove and discard the innards from the cavity.
Place one stick of butter inside the cavity of the turkey, and sprinkle all over with salt and pepper.
Wrap in 3 separate sheets of heavy-duty aluminum foil, shaping like a football.
Place in a roasting pan, UPSIDE DOWN, at 250 degrees. Roast for a total of 10 hours. (10:00 PM until 8:00 AM might be ideal.)
