Ingredients

7 egg white

170 gr sugar

cream of tartar

7 egg yolk

100 gr coconut cream

5 tbsp pandan wanter

Pandan paste

100 gr cooking oil

160 gr all purpose flour

A pinch of salt

1 tsp baking powder

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, mix the egg yolk, pandan water, coconut cream and cooking oil. Mix it well.
  2. Sift in the flour and baking powder into the bowl, mix it well and set aside.
  3. Meanwhile, in another bowl, pour the egg whites, sugar and cream of tartar. Using a mixer, beat the mixture in one direction at high speed for about 7-10 minutes or until the mixture is stiff.
  4. Next, pour the egg whites mixture into the egg yolk mixture and then slowly stir it and combine both mixture thoroughly.
  5. Pour the mixture into a baking pan (do not grease the baking pan with butter).
  6. Bake it at 160°C for about 45 minutes.
  7. Serve and enjoy!
