Ingredients
7 egg white
170 gr sugar
cream of tartar
7 egg yolk
100 gr coconut cream
5 tbsp pandan wanter
Pandan paste
100 gr cooking oil
160 gr all purpose flour
A pinch of salt
1 tsp baking powder
Preparation
- In a bowl, mix the egg yolk, pandan water, coconut cream and cooking oil. Mix it well.
- Sift in the flour and baking powder into the bowl, mix it well and set aside.
- Meanwhile, in another bowl, pour the egg whites, sugar and cream of tartar. Using a mixer, beat the mixture in one direction at high speed for about 7-10 minutes or until the mixture is stiff.
- Next, pour the egg whites mixture into the egg yolk mixture and then slowly stir it and combine both mixture thoroughly.
- Pour the mixture into a baking pan (do not grease the baking pan with butter).
- Bake it at 160ðC for about 45 minutes.
