Ingredients

Panko crumbs

Wasabi powder

Red pepper flakes

Sesame seeds

Tilapia fillets

2 beaten eggs

1 tbsp sesame oil

Teriyaki sauce

Sake

Chicken broth

Soy sauce

Chopped cilantro

1 tbsp brown sugar

2 chopped scallions

Brown rice cooked in coconut milk

Preparation

Combine panko, wasabi, pepper, and sesame seeds.

Dip fish in beaten egg and coat in panko mixture.

Heat oil 1 minute.

Cook fish 3 mins on each side. Remove fish to plate.

Add teriyaki, sake, broth, soy sauce, and cilantro to taste, plus brown sugar. Boil 1 minute. Reduce heat and stir in scallions.

Serve fish over rice topped with sauce.
