1 8 ounce tuffuti cream cheese
1 tofutti ricotta
12 ounce tofutti sour cream
2 eggs
1 tbl lemon juice
1 tsp vanilla
3/4 cup sugar
graham cracker crust
Preparation
preheat oven 350 mix all ingredients of the filling in a saucepan cook over low heat, stirring constantly for 5 minutes (gets thick and gloppy) pour into crust, bake 30 minutes remove from oven-cool-chill
