Ingredients
1/2 cups butter
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 cups sour cream
1/1 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic powder
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 lbs (thawed) frozen hashbrowns
TOPPING
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1/4 cup melted butter
2 cups crushed Corn Flakes cereal
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350* F. Mix all ingredients for main dish. Press into greased casserole dish. Mix toppings in separate bowl and sprinkle over top. Bake for 1 1/2 hours.
