Ingredients

10 Medium size potatoes

1 cup Sour cream

8 ounce Softened cream cheese

4 tablespoon Softened butter

1/3 cup Chives, chopped

To taste Salt, pepper, paprika

Preparation

Boil peeled potatoes until tender.

Beat sour cream and cream cheese together. Add hot potatoes and butter and beat until smooth. Add chives, salt and pepper to taste.

Pour into a well greased 2 quart casserole. Dot with butter and sprinkle paprika on top.

Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
