Ingredients
1 lb. linguine( or any type pasta)
3 cloves garlic
Half bunch parsley( chopped)
3 tbs. basil( chopped)
1 can olives( cut or chopped)
Olive oil( enough to coat the pan)
Tomatoes - approx. 2 cups ( diced), or any amount desired.
Preparation
Cook the pasta according to directions. In a pan, put olive oil, and sauté the garlic along with the parsley and basil, until the garlic is tender. Add the tomatoes and olives to heat. Add the pasta and mix. Top with grated cheese.
