Ingredients

1 cup Kikkoman Teriyaki Sauce

1/4 cup Red Wine Vinegar

1/4 cup Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce

1/4 cup Maggi Seasoning Sauce

1 tsp Graces Hot Sauce (or any Tabasco style sauce)

3 Tbsp chopped Garlic

2 Tbsp Penzey’s Sunny Spain Seasoning (or any salt free lemon pepper blend)

Preparation

Place all ingredients in whatever pan you are using to marinate your meat. Mix by stirring or simply tilting the pan back and forth several times, until everything is well blended. Add steaks, and marinate several hours in refrigerator before grilling, turning several times. Also good for chicken!
