Ingredients

Fruit:

6 large peaches, cut into thin wedges

scant 1/4 cup sugar

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

1 teaspoon cornstarch

Topping:

2 cups Original Bisquick™ mix

1/4 cup sugar

2/3 cup milk

2 T butter, melted

Preparation

Cook peaches: Preheat oven to 400°F.

Toss peaches with sugar, lemon juice, and cornstarch in a 2-qt. (or 8" square) nonreactive baking dish and bake in middle of oven 20 minutes.

In medium bowl, stir Bisquick mix, sugar, milk and melted butter until soft dough forms. Drop dough onto hot peach mixture. Bake 20 minutes or until golden brown.
