Ingredients
10.5 oz Frozen Peaches, partially thawed
4 Drops Almond Extract
1 Tbsp Lemon juice
3 1/3 Cups Chablis (crisp, white wine)
Nutmeg
Preparation
Whirl peaches, almond extract, lemon juice and half the wine in blender until smooth. Stir in remaining wine. Pour into chilled glasses and fleck with nutmeg.
