Ingredients

4-5 peaches

1/2 C. sugar

1/4 C. brown sugar

1 T. flour

1 tsp. ground cinnamon

12 C. quick cooking oats

1/4 C. water

Crumb topping:

1/4 C. flour

1/2 C. brown sugar

1/4 tsp. baking soda

1/4 tsp. baking powder

1/2 C. butter, softened

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place the sliced peaches in a 9 x 13 pan. Mix sugars,1 T. flour with spices and oats. Sprinkle over peaches. Pour water evenly over all. Combine the topping ingredients. flour, brown sugar, baking soda, baking powder, baking soda and melted butter together. Stir and crumble evenly over the peach mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 min. Top with whipped cream if desired.
