Ingredients

4 ounces Fresh Habaneros

1 cup Baby Carrots

1 Small White Onion

8 ounces Canned Peaches In Syrup

4 cloves Garlic

1 teaspoon Salt

1 teaspoon Fish Sauce (optional)

1.5 tablespoons Vinegar

1 teaspoon Ground Ginger

Preparation

De-stem and cut habaneros in half, chop onion roughly & peel garlic cloves.

Arrange habaneros, onion, and garlic on a baking sheet. Cover lightly in olive oil and bake at 400F for 15-20 min, or until you start to see it browning on the edges.

Put the roasted items and all other ingredients into a blender with 1/2 cup of water. Puree, strain, enjoy!
