Ingredients
1 pkg yellow cake mix
1 can (1 lb) sliced peaches
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
Preparation
Melt butter/margarine and place in a 13x9x2 baking dish/pan. Sprinkle brown sugar in pan. Drain peaches; save the syrup. Arrange peach slices in sugar mixture. Add enough water to peach syrup to make 1 1/3 cups of liquid; add this and eggs to cake mix and mix as directed on the label. Pour batter over fruit.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 to 50 minutes.
