Ingredients
8 oz bittersweet choc broken into pieces
1 cup unsalted roast peanuts
1 stick unsalted butter cut into 8 pieces
1 1/4 cup backed dard brown sugar
1tsp vanilla extract
1 1/4 cups flour
Preparation
preheat oven to 350° pulse choc 4 times then mix til finely chopped. chop coarsely 1/4 cup of peanuts. set aside. process rest of peanuts until smooth butter att butter, sugar and 4oz choc and mix well. spread in buttered pan and bake until toothpick clean, about 25 in. Sprinkle with rest of choc and let stand until melted, then spread with spatula. Sprinkle with chopped peanuts and cut into bars.
