Ingredients

1/4 C Chopped Cilantro

1 t Crushed Red Pepper

1/3 C Natural Unsweetened Crunchy Peanut Butter

1/3 C Tamari or Coconut Aminos

1 t Hot Sesame Oil

1/2 C Water

1/4 C Rice Vinegar

2 T Lemon Juice

1 t Garlic Powder

Preparation

Toss all ingredients into a blender. Blend for 1-2 minutes. Transfer to a container and store in the fridge. Flavors need time to meld, 1 hour should do it.

Can be stored up to 1 week in the fridge, covered.

Delicious on chicken, shrimp or beef.
