Ingredients
1 sheet Puff Pastry (frozen)
2 Pears (ripe, peeled, cored, finely diced)
4 ounces Gorgonzola (crumbled)
3/4 cup Walnuts (chopped fine)
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Pepper
1 teaspoon Thyme (fresh, minced)
Preparation
Preheat oven to 375.
Unwrap pastry and lay on lightly floured cutting board. Roll out slightly till smooth.
Cur into 16 squares. then cut squares into 2 equal triangles. Lay on cookie sheet, 1/2 inch between them.
Sprinkle equal portions of pear in the center of each triangle, top with equal parts gorgonzola and walnuts.
Season with salt and pepper.
Bake until puffed and golden brown (15-20 minutes).
