Ingredients

1 1/2 stick Butter

1 1/2 cup Organic All Purpose Flour

1 Egg

1 cup White Sugar

1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract natural

1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder

1/2 cup Pecan

1/2 cup Chocolate Chips

Preparation

Step 1: Cream 1 stick room temperature butter with sugar until light cream color.

Step 2: Add in vanilla extract with beaten egg into batter.

Step 3: Toasted pecan and put aside.

Step 4: Add baking powder with flour.

Step 5: Mix in pecan, chocolate, flour, and diced pea size cold butter into batter. Mix well.

Step 6: Refrigerator dough for an hour. Scope onto baking sheet and bake 350 degree for 12 minutes.
