2-1/2 cups flour
3 tablespoonful white sugar
1 tablespoonful baking powder
1 cup butter
1 cup chopped pecans
1 teaspoonful vanilla
confectioners sugar to coat
Preparation
preheat oven 325 mix flour, pecan and baking powder stir in vanilla and butter until dough forms knead by hand roll dough to 1/4 in thickness cut into triangles roll up from end to form triangle
