Ingredients

2 slices bread

1 handful shelled pecans

Fresh parsley

1 egg

1/2 c. milk

1/4 c. flour

Paprika

Garlic powder

1 lb. tilapia or other white fish

Salt & pepper

Olive oil

Preparation

Pulse bread, pecans and parsley in food processor. Whisk egg and milk. Mix flour, paprika, and garlic powder. Sprinkle fish with salt and pepper. Dip in flour, then in egg, then in bread crumbs. Heat oil 1 min. Saute fish 3 min on each side.
