Ingredients
3 Eggs
1 Teaspoon Salt
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
1 Cup Light Corn Syrup
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
1/4 Cup Sugar
4 Tablespoons Butter
1 1/2 Cups Pecans
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350F. Beat eggs lightly. Add sugars, corn syrup, butter, vanilla. Mix until smooth. Add pecans and pour into pie crust. Cook for 50-55 minutes until knife inserted between crust and center comes out clean.
