Ingredients
2 Sticks butter
4 Tbls Sugar
2 Tsp vanilla
2 C pecans
2 C cake flour
confectioners sugar
Preparation
cream butter, add sugar beat.measure first then grind nuts and add to mixture. If regular flour remove 2Tbls for each cup. roll into a ball and place on lightly greased cookie sheet.
bake 30 min @300. While hot roll in confectioners sugar.
