Pecan Puffs Recipe

Ingredients

Beat until soft - 1/2 c. butter

add and blend - 2 TBS sugar and 1 tsp Vanilla

measure then grind - 1 cup pecan meats

1 cup flour minus 2 TBS

Then mix the flour and pecans with the butter.

Roll the dough into small balls and place on a greased cookie sheet and bake 30 min.

While hot - roll in powdered sugar and bake one more minute.
