Ingredients

1/2 cup softened butter

13 oz softened cream cheese

1 cup flour

FILLING:

3/4 cup brown sugar

1 egg

1 tsp vanilla

3/4 cup chopped pecans

Preparation

Mix first three ingredients, then chill. Press into mini muffin pans and then press center down with finger/thumb. Mix filling ingredients and fill 3/4 full. Bake at 325 for 30 min.
