Ingredients
1 piece Broccoli
3 handful Penne Rigate
3 pieces Sausage
1 piece Garlic
1 teaspoon Salt
2 teaspoons Pepper
1 teaspoon Paprika Power (Hungarian)
1 teaspoon Mustardseed
1 tablespoon Olive oil
Preparation
Break the broccoli apart in tranches, mix with pepper, salt and olive oil (not too much) and spread on a plate for the oven
Put the broccoli in the oven at 230° C for 30 minutes (25 can sometimes already be enough). Just don’t let it go black on the top of the tranches.
Add mustard seed in a pan
Add a bit of oil (not too much) and add garlic
Start cooking the penne
Add sausage in little pieces to the garlic in the pan, and mix them with paprika powder and pepper to make them a bit spicy
When all is ready, put the penne in your plate, add the broccoli, and put the sausages on top.
