Ingredients
1 1/4 c of all purpose flour
2 tbsp of sugar
1/2 tsp of baking poweder
1/2 tsp of salt
3 tbsp of canola oil
1 egg
1 1/3 c of milk
1/4 tsp vanilla
Preparation
In a large bowl mix the first 4 (dry) ingredients. In a small bowl beat the egg and add the other 3 wet ingredients. Mix well. Add wet ingredients to dry. Mix until the flour is completely wet. Heat griddle and oil pan. Spoon 1/4 C of batter onto pan. Cook until sides of pancake are bubbly and dry.
