Ingredients
4 cups Pecans
1/4 cup Brown Sugar
2 tablespoons Sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons Cumin
1 teaspoon Cayenne
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon Sweet Paprika
1 Egg White
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350. Bake pecans on cookie sheet for 10 minutes.
In large bowl, whisk egg white until frothy. In small bowl, mix sugars and spices.
Remove pecans from oven and let cool slightly. Mix gently with egg white, then add spices and mix gently and thoroughly.
Reduce oven temperature to 300. Cover two large cookie sheets with parchment paper, and spread nuts in single layer. Bake about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pecans feel dry and crispy.
