Ingredients
1 piece 1.5" Pork chop
1 dash Salt
1 bunch bay leaf
1 dash olive oil
1 dash pepper
Preparation
brine pork chop overnight, add herbs or bay leaf to impart flavor
pat pork chop dry
pepper and olive oil the chop
sear the chop on both sides, add grill marks if preferred
bake at 325 degrees for 15 minutes
serve with sauteed greens and mushrooms, add garlic oil
