Ingredients

1/2 cup Brown Rice Flour

1/4 cup White Rice Flour

1/4 cup Amaranth Flour

1/2 cup Tapioca Flour

1/2 cup Sorghum Flour

1 Tsp Baking Powder

1/8 cup Peanut Oil

1 cup Apple Sauce

1/2 cup Almond Milk (or soy)

1 Tsp Fine Sea Salt

2 Tsp Sugar

Preparation

Mix all dry ingredients well.

Add wet ingredients, combine just until mixed. Lumps are ok.

Spray the waffle maker with a thin layer of canola oil.

Pour into your favorite waffle maker, and follow manufacturer instructions on cook time.
