Ingredients

1 lb. of thawed & well drained chopped spinach

1 egg

2 egg whites

1 tbs crushed garlic

1/4 cup diced onion

1 tbs fresh oregano

1/2 fresh basil

1/2 cup fresh bread crumbs

1/2 cup hard grated cheese

1 tsp hot pepper flakes

1/4 tsp kosher salt

1/2 tsp fresh ground black pepper

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients in bowl.
  2. Shape into patties. (refrigerate for 2 hour)
  3. Cook over med/high heat in skillet in 1 tbs vegetable oil.
  4. Patties are done when firm & golden brown. About 5-8 minutes.
