Ingredients

2 lbs of Flank Steak (or other Lean Beef)

2/3 Cup Worestershire Sauce

2/3 Cup Soy Sauce

1/2 tsp Crushed Red Pepper Flakes

3 quick dashes of Tobasco Sauce

1 drop of Carolina Reaper sauce(from Pucker Butt Pepper Company)

1 1/2 TBSP Onion Power

1 TSP Garlic Powder

1 TBSP Honey

2 TSP Black Pepper

1 TSP Liquid Smoke

Preparation

Mix all the ingredients, except the mea7, in a large bowl. Cut the beef in 1/4 in strips against the grain. Put the beef in the marinate. Cover and marinate 24 hours. Dehydrate for 12 hours or more if you like it crispy.
