Ingredients

16 oz. Roast Beef

16 slices Provolone Cheese

4 Green Bell Peppers

1 Sliced Onion

12 oz. Mushrooms

4 Tbsp. Olive Oil

2 Tbsp Garlic

Salt and Pepper

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Slice peppers in half lengthwise and remove inner parts.
  3. In a saute pan add olive oil, garlic, mushrooms, onions, salt and pepper. Saute until tender.
  4. Mix roast beef and sauteed mixture together.
  5. Put slice of provolone cheese in the bottom of the bell pepper. Fill with mixture and top with another slice of cheese.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
