Ingredients
16 oz. Roast Beef
16 slices Provolone Cheese
4 Green Bell Peppers
1 Sliced Onion
12 oz. Mushrooms
4 Tbsp. Olive Oil
2 Tbsp Garlic
Salt and Pepper
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Slice peppers in half lengthwise and remove inner parts.
- In a saute pan add olive oil, garlic, mushrooms, onions, salt and pepper. Saute until tender.
- Mix roast beef and sauteed mixture together.
- Put slice of provolone cheese in the bottom of the bell pepper. Fill with mixture and top with another slice of cheese.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
