Ingredients

1/3 cup olive oil

20 ounces frozen chopped spinach

1 bunch green onions – chopped

1 bunch parsley – chopped

1 bunch dill – chopped

3 each eggs – beaten

1/2 pound feta cheese – drained and crumbled

Preparation

Saute onions in olive oil until softened. Add spinach and cook until wilted, stirring frequently. Put mixture into collander and press liquid into a bowl. Boil liquid down to 2 Tablespoons. Add liquid to spinach mixture.

Blend in all other ingredients. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Cool completely.
