Phyllo dough – Thawed
Butter – Melted

Preparation
FOR TRIANGLES:
Place one sheet of phyllo on flat surface and brush lightly with butter. Top with 2 more sheets, buttering each.
Cut sheets in half CROSSWISE. Then cut each half LENGTHWISE into 6 strips.
Spoon a teaspoon of filling onto the end of each strip and form a triangle by folding like a flag.
Unbaked triangles can be refrigerated up to 2 days or frozen immediately.
Preheat oven to 400*F. Place (thawed) triangles on buttered baking sheet. Brush with melted butter and bake about 10 minutes or until golden brown.
FOR PILLOWS: Layer and cut sheets as above. Cut each strip in half.
Lay one strip perpendicular onto another strip. Spoon a teaspoon of filling onto the overlapped area. Fold over pillow style.
