Ingredients

1 lb. elbow macaroni

3/4 cup mayonnaise

1/2 cup of the chopped pickles

1/2 cup chopped roasted red peppers

1/4 cup chopped red onion

1/4 cup red wine vinegar

1/4 cup virgin olive oil

2 T sugar

1 T Dijon mustard

Preparation

Toss the dressing with cooked, cooled pasta and chill until ready to serve.
