Ingredients
2-1/2 cups pecans, ground
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
4 tablespoons butter, melted
Preparation
Combine pecans, sugar, and cinnamon in mixing bowl. Stir in melted butter.
Press nut mixture into bottom and sides of 9-inch deep dish pie plate or 10-inch regular pie plate. Chill unbaked pie crust in refrigerator for 30-40 minutes.
Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 10 minutes, being sure not to over bake. Cool completely before filling.
