Ingredients
3 cups flour
1 teas salt
1 cup crisco
7+tablespoons ice water
1 tbsp white vinegar
1 egg
Preparation
mis flour a salt, Cut crisco in flour until pea sized clumps. Beat water, vinegar. and egg together and all to flour mix. Mix just to wet ingredients, into 20 0r 3 balls. Roll crusts with four just to prevent sticking.
( i sometimes chill the dough before rolling it)
