Ingredients

Cake

1 box Duncan Hines Butter Cake Mix

1/2 cup oil

4 eggs

1 11-oz can mandarin oranges in juice – UNDRAINED

Frosting

1 3-oz package instant vanilla pudding mix

1 9-oz container Cool Whip

1 20-oz can crushed pineapple - UNDRAINED

Flaked coconut

Preparation

CAKE:

Grease and flour 3 cake pans (9-inch). Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Mix all ingredients with electric mixer for 3-4 minutes. Pour into prepared pans.

Bake 15-20 minutes. Cool

FROSTING:

Mix all ingredients well except coconut. Frost cake. Sprinkle coconut over top of frosted cake.

Refrigerate.
