Ingredients

1 large onion, chopped

4 cloves of garlic, minced

1 cup mushrooms, sliced

1 green pepper, chopped

2 ham steaks, cubed

1 cup pepperoni

2 cans diced tomatoes

1/2 small tin of tomato paste

2 1/2 cups chicken stock

1/2 tsp sage

1/2 tsp basil

1 tsp oregano

salt and pepper to taste

shredded mozarella cheese

Preparation

In a large pot, add some canola oil and heat to medium on the stove. Add onions and mushrooms and saute until soft, and then add the garlic and saute one more minute. Add in all other ingredients, stir to combine. Bring to a boil, and then reduce heat and simmer for 20-30 minutes. Serve topped with shredded cheese
