Ingredients

1 pound Ground Pork

1 package Firm Tofu

1 clove Garlic

1 tablespoon Ginger

2 stalks Scallion

2 tablespoons Soy Sauce

1 teaspoon Roasted Sesame Oil

1 teaspoon Salt

1 splash Mirin

1 splash Sake

1 splash Siracha

2 tablespoons Vegetable, Safflower, Grapeseed or other unflavored oil

Preparation

Put sesame oil, salt, soy sauce, mirin, sake (optional) and ground pork in a bowl.

Wash and slice scallions thinly (using both green and white) and add to bowl with pork mixture.

With a micro plane, grate garlic and ginger into bowl of pork.

Mix all the pork ingredients together until well combined.

In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium high heat until warm.

Add the pork to the skillet, cooking until brown and breaking up as you go.

In the meantime, cut the tofu into half in cubes.

Add the tofu to the skillet with the pork, adding a splash of soy sauce and siracha to taste.

Cook together for an additional 5 minutes.

Serve over rice.
