Ingredients

1 lb pork tenderloin, cut into small cubes

1 onion, chopped

Celery, 1 cup chopped

Green bell pepper or roasted poblano

2 cloves garlic, crushed

15 oz black beans

15 oz tomato sauce

10 oz diced tomatoes (with green chilies)

1 cup water

2 tsp chili powder

1/2 tsp ground cumin

salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Put all ingredients into slow cooker and mix. Cook on low for 8 hours.
