Ingredients

4 piece pork chops

4 pinch salt

4 pinch peppercorns, crushed

4 tablespoon grapeseed oil

2 tablespoon butter

3/4 cup apple juice

1/4 cup whiskey

Preparation

sprinkle salt and pepper on chops

heat oil in pan

fry chops for 4 minutes each side

remove chops and rest with foil covering

melt butter in pan

deglaze pan with apple juice and whiskey mixed
