Ingredients

4 pieces pork chops

4 pinch salt

4 pinch peppercorns, crushed

4 tablespoon grapeseed oil

4 tablespoon butter

3/4 cup apple juice

1/4 cup whiskey

Preparation

coat chops in salt and pepper

heat oil in pan

cook chops 4 minutes on each side

set chops aside covered in foil

melt butter in pan

mix whiskey and apple juice and deglaze the pan

serve with sauce on chops
