garlic and herb cheese
horseradish
fennel
onions
Preparation
saute fennel and onions mix cheese and horseradish cook cutlets for short time with fennel and onions stuff cheese mixture into center of cutlets put cutlets in broiler turn after top is browned. you can also not stuff put cutlet in broiler after top is brown turn put brown 2nd side then add cheese mixture on top and put back in broiler for a couple minutes.
