Ingredients

loin of pork sliced

salt and pepper

2tbs veg oil

1/2 cup chopped onions

1 cup red pepper strips

1/2 tsp paprika

1/4 cup dry white wine

1/2 cup chicken broth

1/2 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup sour cream

Preparation

slt and pep on pork. heat oil in skillet - cook pork slices until brown on both sides. take out meat and add inions and pepper, paprika and stil 2 minutes. Add wine and brothe stir 5 minutes. Add heavy cream and stir. Add pork slices cook low heat 20 min. Add sour cream and serve
