Ingredients

12 pork ribs

1/2 cup orange marmalade

1/2 cup soy sauce

1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated

1/4 cup water

1 dash garlic salt

Preparation

Cook ribs meat side down for 1/2 hour @450

Reduce oven to 350. Cook ribs for 1 hour

Drain grease

Spread sauce on ribs and cook another 1/2 hour
