Ingredients
3 T Dijon Mustard
1 T Balsamic Vinegar
1/4 c Apple Juice
3 T Brown Sugar
1 T Worcestershire
1/2 t Minced Rosemary
2 Garlic Cloves Smashed
1 t Hot Sauce
1 T Lower Sodium Teriyaki
1/4 t Salt & 1/2 t Pepper for Pork
Preparation
Whisk all ingredients except salt and pepper in a small bowl, pour over raw pork roast seasoned with salt and pepper in a resealable plastic bag. Close and refrigerate 3-4 hours or overnight until ready to cook the pork.
