Ingredients

1.50 pound Pork tenderloin

1 oz. Envelope dry onion soup mix

1 cup Water

3 tablespoons Minced garlic

1 tablespoons Soy sauce

1 tablespoon steak seasoning (such as Dale’s sauce or Moore’s Sauce)

1 tablespoon lemon juice

Freshly ground black pepper to taste

Preparation

Add the soy sauce, steak seasoning, lemon juice and water to the slow cooker.

Add the onion soup mix

mix all ingredients

Add pork tenderloin. Sprinkle the minced garlic along the top of the exposed tenderloin, not in the liquid mixture.

set on low and cook for 4 hours
