Ingredients

1 pork tenderloin, cut in 1/2" slices

1 envelope brown gravy mix

1/2 cup water

2 Tbsp soy sauce

2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar

garlic, minced

Preparation

Brown the pork in 1/4 cup olive oil. Mix all other ingredients together and add to the pan, over the pork. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer 10 - 15 minutes.
