Ingredients

4 large portabello mushroom caps

1 can diced tomatoes

Parmesan cheese

Mozzarella cheese

italian sausage (optional)

Pepperoni (optional)

Preparation

Clean mushrooms & remove stems. Fill each cap with1/4 of the tomatoes. Top with meat if desired. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top of each one and top with mozzarella cheese.

Bake at 375* for 25 minutes then turn on broil for a minute or two
