Ingredients

2 pounds frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed

1 can cream of celery soup

1 bunch green onions, chopped

8 ounces sour cream

1/2 cup milk

1 tablespoon parsley

1/4 teaspoon pepper

1/2 teaspoon salt

16 ounces shredded Cheddar cheese

8 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray 9x13 inch pan with PAM.

Combine potatoes, soup, onion, sour cream, milk, salt and pepper and half the cheese.

Spread mixture in pan. Cover with foil and bake 45 minutes. Remove foil and sprinkle cheese and bacon on top. Bake an additional 15 minutes.
